For the first time in print, Richard shares how this can be done through the Infinite Release technique. The Infinite Release technique, “revealed” to Richard by the Universe, is a quick and easy way to let go of any unconscious memories, blocks and resistances that may prevent our highest good from coming to us.

When we invoke the Infinite Release process, we are no longer doing it alone. Instead, we step out of the way, letting go and letting God. We let Universal Intelligence decide how our inner resistances and blocks should be dissolved. All we need to do is to intend that we are clear from these blocks that hold us back. Once the Infinite Release process is invoked, it is done!

The Infinite Release process is so profound and simple because its effectiveness does not depend on the user’s level of belief, or on rationalizing through any of their perceived “problems” in life. This is not a logical problem-solving approach that requires hard work or effort. Instead, the Infinite Release process works through a trinity of three carefully-crafted intentions that result in an infinite loop that drops all disharmonious elements in one's life.

The end result of invoking the Infinite Release process is the creation of an infinite loop that erases all the unconscious blocks / memories that are not in harmony with our higher intentions. Once we are clear from these unconscious beliefs and memories that hold us back, we are free to perceive life from the perspective of the Universe, where manifestations are spontaneous and nothing needs to be changed.

I love that Richard always has something new to share and to add to previous books. He shares techniques that promote genuine expansion not just rehashed versions of other people's words that keep you feeling stuck. I always look forward to his books and the growth that will come from them.

Dotts has a very good, easy to understand approach

His method of explanation is uncomplicated, and he takes the mystery of how to apply the process. Many others drag it out unnecessarily or leave you wondering how you're actually supposed to use the information in a meaningful way to get results. Richard Dotts is very thorough and sincere. He relays the information in a sound and expressive, common sense way, based on teachings from many sources. I also like how he goes into how easy it is to misinterpret some of the information that's out there, which helps when you're trying to manifest because it helps you to avoid some common mistakes.

I think this is a nice book for poking fun

I think this is a nice book for poking fun, but it didn't hold the answers I was seeking to decoding my dreams. This was more like reading a fortune cookie. I do not recommend if you are seriously looking for answers and biblical interpretation of your dreams.

FUN to use! Makes a great gift too. I got if for my mom, she loves it. Just a suggestion though: DON'T share this with anyone you know to be very superstitious or easily paranoid. This dream dictionary is definitely not all sunshine and rainbows!!! Still very entertaining. You won't believe how MUCH is in here... millions of definitions. It really seems like *almost* (but not quite) anything anyone could dream up is in here. Again it's really fun to use, gives you something good to talk about every time you remember anything about your dreams from the night before. :)

You just can't BEAT this book!

Sarah and Shawn Carson are the real deal. In a field that is fraught with less than creditable people, these two are smart, creative teachers/authors who are superb in breaking information down and presenting it to the conscious and unconscious mind. This coaching system is versatile and powerful and can be used on clients as well as yourself. I have learned to use this pattern on myself so that I can quickly change a negative state into a positive state so that I am able to be the best version of myself. I highly recommend this book to any coach who wants to learn a a new technique to use with clients or become better versed in this coaching system if you already know it, as well as to the individual who wants to learn a strategy to help them to make positive changes in their life. This is a great, well-written book. Enjoy and thrive!

Saussy, a Grammy-nominated songwriter and author (Miracle on Main Street) turned conspiracy theorist, makes a case here that will strike most readers as awash in bigotry (of the anti-Catholic variety): "[T]he papacy really does run United States foreign policy, and always has." To prove that, for example, the pope controls Washington, Saussy offers "evidence" such as the number of Catholic senators and other high government officials or that "the land known today as the District of Columbia bore the name `Rome' in 1663 property records." Further, he argues that the Jesuits "have imbued western culture with a purely Catholic political theory" the theory underlying the American Revolution, which in turn was brought about by a Jesuit priest, Lorenzo Ricci (aka Laurence Richey), as part of a plan to make America safe for Roman Catholics. Catholics were oppressed in colonial times, Saussy notes, but Catholic immigrants flooded into the U.S. from Europe in the decades following the Revolution. This book has a blurb from fellow HarperCollins author and conspiracy theorist Jim Marrs, and the publisher, in a press release and apparently asleep at the wheel, calls it a "riveting, well-researched and well-documented account of one man's discovery of the true driving forces behind our nation's history." But most will see it for what it really is an anti-Catholic version of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

A book that you also must have is Romansm and the Reformation by Henry Grattan Guiness, the work in this book is so profound that it must be read by every living soul on the planet, youl see that sir Isaac Newton and many many others icluding all the reformers were unanimous in their conclusions regarding prophacy, saddly such theology has been erased from the minds of today.

Not sufficient for sleep boards by itself.

I just took the Sleep Medicine Boards in Chicago and thought I'd share my opinion. This book is divided into two halves: the first half is text about neuroscience and other sleep topics; the second half is a self-test section. I found the first half to contain useful information for the boards, but the material was poorly written as dense prose and not organized the best way - there were very few diagrams, charts, and pictures. (You would expect more charts, diagrams, etc. for a "Review Book"). I had to pick my way through the dense text and take a lot of notes and make my own diagrams, charts, etc. I also had to get a separate neuroanatomy book. The first half is also skimpy on seizures, artifacts, and pediatric sleep medicine. The self-test actually contained quite a bit of information, if you read all the explanations carefully, and the format was similar to the sleep boards, (rote memorization questions, clinical questions). To study for the sleep boards, I definitely recommend using this in addition to Richard Berry's "Sleep Medicine Pearls." I also borrowed the High-Yield Neuroanatomy from the library and reviewed the pertinent sections, (you don't need to go through this entire book). Hope this helps, as there's not much information out there to help people pass the sleep boards.

Overly detailed but necessary

I purchased this book with the intention of taking the Sleep Boards in 2009. As a practicing otolaryngologist (ENT) who used the 'Practice Pathway' to qualify for the exam, I found this book extremely helpful in condensing the basic study areas for the sleep exam. It certainly beat trying to read the entire Principles and Practice of Sleep Medicine textbook. Overall, the questions here were more detailed and less straightforward than many of the exam questions. However, it obviously cannot be used as your only study material. Products from the AASM like the Scoring Manual and ICSD-9 are crucial as well. Your own experience in sleep medicine practice will determine how much you will need to prepare, including possibly taking a review course.

Great study guide

I took the Boards in 99 and wish I had had something like this. It is a wonderful review of the elements of Sleep Medicine that we don't use every day but that will likely be on the test. The practice tests are especially helpful.

real indies

There are other wonderfully inspiring album cover showcases, but none that so intimately describe the relationships of designers with indie labels - many of whom also carry the mantle of label proprietor. [Finally I feel like I'm not a complete freak after all]. And what covers! As much as stefan sagmeister will always be the artist who took design for that most hated packaging standard - the CD - to a new level, (as well as being the designer who most challenges us to render with humanity) - here he is absent and this feels like a generation that is moving on. A variety of genres is transversed from electronic through to art music but a common ethos shines through. Unswervingly, the inescapable question is asked of each designer: "How do you feel ahout downloads?".. to which there are a variety of responses and emotions. None of which made me any less excited about this, the worst paid, and most rewarding gig there is.
