Weight a losing battle

If you have ever truly tried to lose weight you know it has to begin in your mind. What you say to yourself and about yourself has a lot to do with success. I already knew that. But Helmstetter has put so much depth into it and presented ways to accomplish what we want and need to do to lose weight. Easy and interesting reading. If you even think you may have your mind ready to lose weight this is a good good book. Recommend.

GREAT book. It has a lot of great imformation and will help a person never have to struggle with weight again if you will implement what they say. It is written in an interesting manner do I ever got bored! Maybe the world would be a lot thinner if everyone would read this book!
